We were challenged to train all 13,000 staff in GDPR through a multi-channel internal communications campaign ahead of the regulation’s introduction in May 2018. The Grafton Group includes a range of European household brands within the DIY and manufacturing sectors including Selco, Buildbase, Plumbase, Euromix, and Mpro.
We knew that repeated messages combined with an e-learning course would be essential to ensure awareness of GDPR was raised with all 13,000 Grafton employees. By developing a campaign asset in the form of ‘Freddie the Folder’ we created engagement supported by bespoke blog articles, posters, and digital assets in English, Belgium and Dutch.
